Automatically Cut Shingles or Stacks in Half
Separate Stacks & Merge back into Single Lane

Function:

3 Machines in 1, the CutMerge-SS indexes product into position, then the product is cut in half, the next section separates the two stacks by stopping one section of the belts and letting the other run freely. By doing this we now have two separate stacks of product. The final section slides back and forth positioning the two stacks back to the center of production flow.
